While it’s great to keep your project private, sometimes you would like to have them visible to everyone else online or simply to show them to your customers.

Customers are requiring to know the progress of your project

When you are developing a project for a customer, they simply would like to know the status of that project, how far you have come and what is left to be done.

This gives the confidence to a customer, that you are working on their project, you are having right focus and priority what needs to be done.

So how can you show the progress of a project to a customer?

At Easynote we are currently developing a feature where you will be able to make your entire project public. Once you have enabled the public access of your project, you will get a autogenerated url.
You can then that url and share it with anyone outside your organisation, example your customers.

When you enable your project to be public it will look something like this in Easynote.

Once the access has been made public, and you have shared the url with your customers they will be able to enter the url that was shared by you and they will see the entire project in read only mode.

The project will be accessable by everyone with the url.

Another great feature that we are currently developing is embedd feature.
This great feature will let you embedd your Easynote project on any website.
Isn’t this great! This means that you can show it on your Wordpress site, your CMS or any website your are managing.

So how can you embedd your project on any website and share it with anyone?

It’s very simply. In new settings you will be able to go to the embedd tab.
In this section a code will be generated to you. Simply copy this code and paste in on your website and your entire Easynote project will be embedded.

Let’s see it in action.

Once you have pasted in this code on your website, you will be able to see entire project which you have on Easynote. The project will be in read only and it will not be editable by anyone.

There are many features that will be released on Easynote soon so make sure to follow our progress on easynote.com

Thank you in advance.
